Christmas Program – This Friday!

We cannot wait to celebrate the season with our annual Christmas program this Friday. Our students and Mr. Sellers have been working diligently to prepare a wonderful performance for you. Please see the details below for clarification:

• Arrival Time: Students performing in the program should arrive at the ACA gym by 5:45 PM.

• Parents- The sanctuary doors will open at 6:00 pm to prepare for the 6:30 pm performance. There will be a reserved seating section for individuals that have wheelchairs, walkers, etc. at the front of the church. If you are in need of other accommodations, please email lnelson@arcadiachristianacademy.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Attire: Students are asked to wear their red ACA shirts or a red collared shirt with blue jeans and dark shoes.

• Staging Area: Students will remain in the gym until it is their time to perform.

• Dismissal: After the program concludes, students will exit the stage and return to the gym. Parents may pick them up from the gym at that time.

  Exciting Book Fair News

  We’re delighted to announce that our book fair supplies have arrived early! This means students will get a sneak preview of the book fair, allowing parents to plan accordingly.

  • Online Wallet for Purchases: This year, we are introducing an online wallet system for student purchases during their specials time. This system helps prevent students from misplacing cash or sharing it unknowingly with friends.

  • Cash Purchases: We will accept cash during the following times:

  • December 17th from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • During the Pancake Breakfast for ACA on December 18th from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
