General Enrollment Requirements
Enrollment is limited to ensure that class sizes remain small. This ensures that teachers are able to effectively teach the students in their class. Registration does not automatically mean enrollment. Once a completed student application packet is submitted, student records will be reviewed and an admissions decision will be made.
Required Documents:
A complete application packet requires the following documents:
Completed online application.
Copy of birth certificate.
Copy of social security card.
Student’s most recent report card.
Standardized test scores.
Payment of application fee.
Upon acceptance, the registration fee must be paid to reserve the student’s place in the class.
State of Florida Requirements:
All Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by September 1st of the year enrolling.
All students attending school in Florida for the first time must have a physical examination with the 12-month period prior to entering a Florida school.
A physical examination form must be provided for all students entering Kindergarten. This form must be completed by your physician within the 12-month period prior to entering Kindergarten.
A certification of immunization must be provided for all students entering Kindergarten and 7th grade. The certificate of immunization from the county health department may be obtained upon presentation of an up-to-date shot record. Immunizations may be obtained from your private physician or through the local health department.
